TUSAŞ Selects KOVAN For Its Digital HR Transformation
TUSAŞ has chosen KOVAN, the next generation business management system developed by HAVELSAN, to support its human resources digital transformation journey. As part of an agreement signed between HAVELSAN and TUSAŞ at SAHA EXPO 2026, TUSAŞ will carry out the digital transformation of its human resources processes using HAVELSAN’s software solution, KOVAN.
With this strategic step, KOVAN is expected to enhance TUSAŞ’s operational efficiency while enabling a more integrated, faster, and sustainable structure across its business processes. Developed by HAVELSAN engineers with over 25 years of enterprise resource planning experience, KOVAN is positioned as a next generation business management system that enables end to end digitalization of institutional processes within a unified platform.

Having recently been exported to Azerbaijan, KOVAN has also demonstrated its capabilities in the international arena. In Türkiye, it is actively used by major institutions such as the Presidency of Defence Industries, the Coast Guard Command, BOTAŞ, the Supreme Election Council, Teknopark İstanbul, and DeltaV.

KOVAN will form the digital backbone of TUSAŞ’s human resources management, supporting critical processes such as performance and career management for approximately 16,000 personnel, as well as recruitment operations all managed through a single integrated platform. This approach will improve speed, transparency, and traceability across processes, while enabling more data-driven decision-making. This collaboration further reinforces KOVAN’s position as a trusted solution for large-scale organizations.
